Letnica Towers 53 is a comfortable, spacious and well-equipped apartment. 59 square meters guarantee a comfortable stay for up to six people. The apartment consists of two bedrooms, a pleasant living room combined with a suitably equipped kitchenette and a bathroom with a large shower. Additional space is provided by a balcony, from which the view stretches out over the Baltic Sea and the Polsat Plus Arena Gdańsk Stadium.

The apartment also includes a parking space on a platform in the underground garage with a maximum height of 1.5 m.

The apartment is located on the 13th floor of a modern apartment building commissioned in 2021. Letnica is a dynamically developing district of Gdańsk. Its immediate vicinity is the Polsat Plus Arena Gdańsk Stadium with Fun Arena, offering gasoline go-karts, bungee, padel and padel, escape rooms and a playground for children. Access to the Old Town is definitely made easier by the Tunnel under the Martwa Wisła. The apartment is also a short distance from the most popular beach in Gdańsk - Brzeźno.
