The Downtown Apartments are the perfect combination of the highest hotel class with the functionality of a private apartment. Letnica 94 is a comfortable, spacious, and well-equipped apartment. 40 square meters guarantees a comfortable stay for up to four people.

The apartment includes a bedroom with a spacious wardrobe, a pleasant living room connected with a properly equipped kitchenette, and a bathroom with a large shower. The apartment also comes with a parking space in the underground garage.

The apartment is located on the 8th floor of a modern apartment building put into use at the end of 2020. Letnica is a rapidly developing district of Gdańsk. Its immediate neighborhood includes the Gdańsk Stadium along with the Fun Arena, offering gasoline go-karts, bungee jumping, escape rooms, and a playground for children. The trip to the Old Town is significantly facilitated by the Tunnel under the Dead Vistula. The apartment is also a short distance from the most popular beach in Gdańsk — Brzeźno.
