Downtown Apartments are the perfect combination of highest hotel class with the functionality of your own apartment. Pleasant, snow-white bedding and a set of two pillows for each Guest is standard. Additionally, there is a mandatory set of cosmetics consisting of shampoo, pleasantly scented gel, hair conditioner, and body lotion. Our Guests also enjoy a welcome set in the form of a package of teas, coffee, and basic spices.

Grano Residence 124 is a pleasant and well-equipped apartment. It guarantees a comfortable stay for four people. The apartment is located on the 4th floor of a modern apartment building completed at the end of 2020, which is part of the Grano Hotel investment.

In the spacious living room, there is a fold-out sofa with a large TV, and a properly equipped kitchenette allows you to prepare meals. In the bedroom, there is a comfortable double bed and a spacious wardrobe. There is also a stylish bathroom that features a toilet, shower, and washing machine.

An additional space is provided by a cozy balcony – a place for morning coffee or an evening drink.

The apartment comes with a parking space in the garage.

The building is located on the Island of Granaries in Gdańsk, right at the border of the Old Town. Positioned right above the Motława River, in the immediate vicinity of Chmielna Street and Ołowianka Island. There are restaurants offering cuisines from around the world, pubs, and cafes. One can often hear live music here, and the heart of the island is the “food hall,” where there are restaurants with viewing terraces or the café “E. Wedel.” Due to the proximity of the hotel, it is possible to use the hotel’s SPA area consisting of a swimming pool, gym, and massage area. Use of these facilities is additionally charged and depends on availability.
