At Downtown Apartments, we perfectly know how to combine high class with comfort of rest. A perfect example of this is our new apartment Granaria D303, located in the very heart of Gdańsk, on the historic Granary Island, with a unique view of the Motława River and the vibrant city center.

ABOUT THE APARTMENT

A stylish studio created with couples in mind, who value comfort, design, and a unique location. The apartment is designed in an elegant style with attention to every detail – from marble tiles to designer lighting.

• In the living area, a modern table and three comfortable armchairs in an intense burgundy color have been placed, creating a cozy place for meals or relaxation. Thanks to large glazing, the space is bright and open, and blackout curtains ensure privacy and comfort for sleep.

• The apartment leads out to a private balcony with a view of the marina. A balcony furniture set – a table and two chairs – has been arranged here, enabling you to enjoy morning coffee or an evening drink with a view of the water and moored yachts. It is the perfect place for a moment of relaxation in the fresh air.

• The kitchenette has been arranged in an elegant black-and-gold tone. It is equipped with a hob, dishwasher, kettle, sink, and a set of dishes. The white marble-patterned countertops perfectly complement the dark cabinetry and golden fittings, creating a modern yet cozy place for preparing meals. For guests’ convenience, a welcome set with coffee, tea and basic spices is prepared.

• In the sleeping area there is a comfortable double bed, placed centrally against an impressive wall with a soft, vertical upholstered panel. The whole is complemented by decorative wall sconces and an elegant chandelier that gives the interior a luxurious character. For guests’ convenience, a TV is also mounted on the wall – perfect for evening relaxation. A tall wardrobe with plenty of storage space for personal belongings is also available.

• The bathroom is a space with a unique character, arranged in a contrasting color palette: dominated by black, wood, and marble. There is an elegant freestanding bathtub with black fittings, perfect for evening relaxation. The countertop basin is placed on a functional cabinet with ample storage space.
  Guests are provided with hotel towels and a basic set of toiletries – shower gel, shampoo, and soap.​

IMPORTANT AMENITIES

The building has an underground paid parking hall "Interparking Chmielna 110" (5 PLN per hour), however, availability of spaces depends exclusively on the parking operator.

​Next door to the building, there is a swimming pool, sauna, SPA zone and massage and jacuzzi paid 150 PLN/1.5 hours. Reservations must be made in advance together with payment at the reception Prana SPA at the Radisson Hotel.

LOCATION

The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a modern apartment building, which is part of the most important investment in Gdańsk in recent years. The location of the apartment is one of a kind. Leaving the building means encountering pleasant views. The river, historic Old Town tenement houses and the historic Żuraw crane. On the ground floor of the neighboring building you will find trendy restaurants, a grocery store, and a popular evening meeting place, SASSY club.
