The Downtown Apartments are the perfect combination of highest hotel standards with the functionality of your own apartment. Pleasant, snow-white bedding and a set of two pillows for each Guest is standard. Additionally, there is a mandatory set of cosmetics consisting of shampoo, nicely scented gel, hair conditioner, and body lotion. A welcome set of tea, coffee, and basic spices also enhances our Guests' stay.

Granaria B10 is a complete apartment! It has everything needed for a pleasant life and a very successful holiday. Stylish finishes, unique views, functional equipment, the best location, appropriate space. The 68-square-meter apartment guarantees a comfortable stay for 6 people, who can enjoy a spacious living room connected to a well-equipped kitchenette, two individual bedrooms furnished with comfortable double beds, a bathroom with a shower and washing machine, and an additional toilet. A unique space is represented by the intimate balcony, which offers an incredible view of the Motława River and the beautiful tenement houses of the historic Old Town.

The apartment also includes a parking space in the underground garage. The spot is subject to an additional fee of 80 PLN/day.

Guests have access to a pool, sauna, SPA and massage area, and jacuzzi for an additional fee of 150 PLN/1.5h in the nearby building. Prior reservation is required, which must be made at the Deo Plaza building reception along with payment.

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a modern apartment building completed in 2020, which is part of the most important investment in Gdańsk in recent years. The location of the apartment is unique. Exiting the building means encountering pleasant views. The river, historic tenement houses of the Old Town or the historic Crane. On the ground floor of the building, we find trendy restaurants, a grocery store, and a popular evening meeting spot, SASSY club.
