Dwa Motławy 86 is an incredibly pleasant two-level apartment. It is located on the 5th floor of a modern apartment building right next to the Motława River. 56 square meters guarantees a comfortable stay for up to four adults.

A spacious living room with a sofa with sleeping function is connected to a fully equipped kitchenette. The stairs leading to the first floor of the apartment will lead us to a cozy bedroom with a large double bed and a separate bathroom with a bathtub. The apartment has an additional bathroom with a shower.

The advantage of the apartment will be a pleasant balcony with a view of the Motława River - an ideal place for drinking morning coffee or an evening drink.

The apartment is allocated a parking space in the underground garage.

The apartment is located in a modern apartment building commissioned in 2021. Its undoubted advantage is the location. It is located a few hundred meters from the Old Town and right next to the Motława River. Granary Island in Gdańsk is experiencing a real revival. There are restaurants offering cuisines from all over the world, pubs and cafes. You can often hear live music here, and the heart of the island is the "food hall", where there are restaurants with viewing terraces and the "E.Wedel" cafe.
