At Downtown Apartments, we combine the best locations with comfortable interiors, creating spaces where you can truly relax. A perfect example is the Deo Plaza 306 apartment – a combination of a spectacular view and the convenience of a private residence.

The apartment has been furnished with top-quality materials, paying attention to every detail. It features noble colors: black, gold, beige, and marble, giving the interior an exclusive character. The interior blends modern design with glamorous elements – striking lamps, upholstered walls, mirrored surfaces, and designer decorations create a unique atmosphere.

The apartment consists of:

• Living room with kitchenette – The living area has been designed with attention to detail. It includes a large dining table, comfortable sofa, modern TV integrated into a decorative stone wall, and a balcony with a beautiful view of the river. Large windows provide excellent natural light and the possibility to enjoy the charming surroundings.
• Bedroom with a double bed – A comfortable bedroom with a soft headboard, designer details, and a large mirrored wardrobe. The whole is kept in calm, luxurious shades with elements of gold and velvet, giving the interior an elegant character.
• Bathroom with shower – The bathroom looks like a spa room – with designer fittings, gold accents, two countertop sinks, a shower, and exceptional lighting. The entire space is kept in a dark-white color scheme with elegant finishes.

The apartment is located on the historic Granary Island – one of the most unique locations in Gdańsk. The restored building, inspired by old granaries, harmoniously combines modernity with the spirit of the past. Situated right on the bank of the Motława River, near Chmielna Street and Ołowianka Island, it provides access to atmospheric restaurants, cafes, and pubs offering cuisines from around the world. The place is vibrant – live music is often heard, and the heart of the island is a flavorful food hall with viewing terraces and the famous E. Wedel café.

Guests have at their disposal in the building a pool, sauna, SPA and massage area, and jacuzzi available for a fee of 90 PLN / 1.5h. Advance reservation is required, which should be made along with payment at the Radisson hotel reception. The pool has a limit of 35 people, Radisson Hotel guests have priority access.

If interested in renting a parking space at the price of 100 PLN / day, please contact +48 786 668 780 no later than 7:00 PM. The possibility of renting a private parking space depends on availability. The garage entrance height is 1.9 m.

Thanks to its location in the city center, our Guests can fully experience its atmosphere — however, please note that typical downtown sounds may occur at night.

Please note that a refundable deposit amounting to 500 PLN will also be blocked on the credit/debit card provided at the time of reservation.
