A bright and modern 37 m² apartment, designed for up to 4 people, ideal for short and longer stays. The coherent, elegant interior combines light colors with natural materials and striking wallpapers, creating a cozy and comfortable space to relax.

• Air-conditioned living room provides a comfortable space for relaxation. It features a comfortable, pull-out sofa positioned opposite a pouf and a TV with access to channels and Smart TV functionality.
  
• The living room leads directly to a balkony equipped with chairs, perfect for relaxing, enjoying your morning coffee, or admiring the view.
• Kitchenette is fully equipped and designed in a modern, minimalist style. Guests have at their disposal a dishwasher, hob, coffee machine, kettle, and microwave oven, as well as a complete set of dishes and kitchen accessories. Right next to the kitchenette is a dining table with chairs, creating a comfortable place for shared meals. For guests' convenience, a welcome set with coffee, tea, and basic spices is provided.
• Bedroom is a calm and cozy space conducive to rest. It is furnished with a comfortable double bed, a spacious wardrobe, and atmospheric lighting. An additional advantage of the bedroom is direct access to the balcony, providing a sense of space and comfort.
  
• Bathroom is decorated in a modern style with a subdued color scheme. It features a spacious shower, a washing machine, and a hairdryer, while functional cabinetry provides convenient storage space. Guests are provided with hotel towels and a basic set of toiletries.
