ABOUT THE APARTMENT
A comfortable apartment, ideal for families or a group of friends, located in a modern complex with access to the building's free SPA area. Bright, harmoniously furnished interiors encourage relaxation and rest. The apartment is intended for up to 6 people, providing a comfortable space for spending time together and unwinding.
The spacious and bright living room is an ideal place to relax. There is a comfortable, sofa bed opposite a television with cable channels, allowing you to unwind with your favorite movie or program. Large windows let in plenty of natural light, and the balcony access lets you enjoy views of the peaceful, green courtyard.
Both from the living room and from both bedrooms you can step out onto the furnished balcony, which overlooks the green, inner courtyard. It is the perfect place for a moment of relaxation in the fresh air.
The modern kitchenette has been fully equipped with an oven, cooktop, dishwasher and a full set of dishes and kitchen utensils. Next to it there is a dining table with chairs, where you can comfortably eat a meal together or have your morning coffee. For guests' convenience a welcome set with coffee, tea and basic spices. has been prepared.
In the main bedroom there is a large double bed with a comfortable mattress and pleasant bedding, guaranteeing a peaceful night's sleep.
The second bedroom is equipped with two single beds 90 cm wide - an ideal solution for children or additional guests, providing comfort and privacy.
In the bathroom with a shower, hotel towels and a basic set of toiletries, have been prepared for guests, ensuring a comfortable stay.
IMPORTANT AMENITIES
The apartment is located on the first floor of a modern apartment building situated right on the banks of the Motława River. The building offers access to a SPA area, which includes: a swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna and a gym. Use of the amenities is possible depending on availability.
Please note that it is not recommended to use the SPA area until April 30, 2026.
