Downtown Apartments is a perfect combination of the highest hotel class with the functionality of your own apartment. In addition, a mandatory set of cosmetics consisting of shampoo, well-smelling gel, hair conditioner and body lotion. Letnica 17 is a spacious and well-equipped apartment. 50 square meters is a guarantee of a comfortable stay for up to four people. The apartment includes a comfortable bedroom with a large double bed. A pleasant living room is connected with a properly equipped kitchenette. Comfortable sofa bed with an italian frame guarantee a good sleep. The bathroom has a large shower and toilet.

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a modern apartment building commissioned in 2022. Letnica is a dynamically developing district of Gdańsk. Its close proximity, just 15 minutes on foot, is the Gdańsk Stadium with the Fun Arena, offering petrol go-karts, bungee, escape rooms and a playground for children. Access to the Old Town is definitely facilitated by the Tunnel under the Dead Vistula. A short distance separates the apartment from the most popular beach in Gdańsk - Brzeźno.

The apartment also includes a parking space.
