The apartment is located in a modern apartment building completed in 2023. It is situated right next to the Motława River, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Shipyard. The panorama of Gdańsk can be admired from the Amber Sky observation wheel located just next door on the Ołowianka island. The apartment is only a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. On the way to the Old Town you'll find various restaurants, shops and services. The property features a pleasant, greened terrace. A major advantage of the residential building, besides the location and pleasant appearance, is the building's shared area — which consists of a free gym, a children's playroom and a sauna available for an extra charge.
