Apartment Nadmotławie A44 is located on the 3rd floor of a modern apartment building completed in December 2020. It is situated right by the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. The area is only just beginning its revitalization; nonetheless, on the way to the Old Town you will continuously enjoy the view of the river, the yacht marina and the Old Town's tenement houses. A great advantage of the building, besides its location and pleasant appearance, is the building's communal area — consisting of a children's playroom and a gym. Use of this area is included in the price of the apartment.
