The Nadmotławie A13 apartment is located on the ground floor of a modern apartment building put into use in December 2020. It is situated right by the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is only a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. Although the area around the apartment is only beginning its revitalization, on the way to the Old Town you will constantly be accompanied by views of the river, the yacht marina and the Old Town tenement houses. A huge advantage of the apartment building, besides the location and pleasant appearance, is the building's common area — consisting of a children's playroom and a gym. Use of the area is included in the price of the apartment.
