Apartamenty Downtown Apartments are the ideal combination of top hotel-class standards and the functionality of a private apartment. Pleasant, snow-white bedding and a set of two pillows for each Guest are standard. In addition, a mandatory toiletries set consisting of shampoo, a nicely scented shower gel, hair conditioner and body lotion. Guests' stay is also made more pleasant by a welcome set in the form of a package of teas, coffee and basic spices.

Nadmotławie 87 is a very good choice for a pleasant weekend in Gdańsk for two people. The apartment layout ensures that everything is in its place. A comfortable double bed, directly in front of it a small sofa and a TV.  Meal preparation is possible in the fully equipped kitchenette, where you will find everything needed for a multi-day stay. The bathroom has a shower, and a washing machine. Additional space is provided by a balcony. 

Apartament Nadmotławie 87 is located on the 3rd floor of a modern apartment building put into use in December 2020. It is situated right next to the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is only a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. The area of the apartment is only beginning its revitalization period, however, on the way to the Old Town you will constantly be accompanied by the view of the river, the yacht marina, and the Old Town tenement houses.

A great advantage of the apartment building, besides its location and pleasant appearance, is the building's common area — consisting of a children's playroom, a gym and a sauna available for an additional fee.

The building is also equipped with an underground garage, which allows entry for cars with a maximum height of 2 meters. The garage also allows entry for cars equipped with an LPG system. The number of spaces in the garage is limited, and their availability is unfortunately beyond our control. The cost to rent a space in the garage is 5zł/hour, 40zł/day.
