Apartament Nadmotławie 85 is located on the 3rd floor of a modern apartment building put into use in December 2020. It is situated right next to the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. Although the area around the apartment is only beginning its revitalization, on the way to the Old Town you will constantly be accompanied by the view of the river, the yacht marina, and the Old Town's tenement houses.

A major advantage of the apartment building, besides its location and pleasant appearance, is the building's common area - consisting of a children's playroom, a gym, and a sauna available for an additional fee.

The building is also equipped with an underground parking garage that allows vehicles with a maximum height of 2 meters. The garage also permits cars equipped with an LPG system. The number of spaces in the garage is limited, and their availability is unfortunately not guaranteed. The cost to rent a parking space in the garage is 5zł/hour, 40zł/day.
