Although the apartment is not large, at 52m2 it will meet the requirements of the most demanding. It is comfortably furnished, and the layout ensures everything is in its place. Two bedrooms, a very pleasant living room equipped with a sofa bed, kitchenette and a bathroom with a shower. Additional space is provided by a sizable balcony — ideal for morning coffee or an evening drink. 

The apartment Nadmotławie 77 is located on the 2nd floor of a modern apartment building put into use in December 2020. It is situated right next to the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. Although the area is only beginning its revitalization, on the way to the Old Town you will constantly be accompanied by views of the river, the yacht marina and the Old Town's tenement houses.

A major advantage of the apartment building, besides its location and pleasant appearance, is the building's communal area — consisting of a children's playroom, gym and a sauna available for an additional fee.

The building is also equipped with an underground parking garage, which allows entry for cars with a maximum height of 2 meters. The garage also allows vehicles equipped with an LPG installation. The number of spaces in the garage is limited, and their availability is unfortunately not guaranteed. The cost to rent a space in the garage is 5 zł/hour, 40 zł/day.
