Apartment Nadmotławie 68 is located on the 2nd floor of a modern apartment building completed in December 2020. It is situated right next to the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is only a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. Although the area is only beginning its revitalization, on the way to the Old Town you will constantly be accompanied by views of the river, the yacht marina and the Old Town's tenement houses.

A major advantage of the apartment building, besides its location and pleasant appearance, is the building's communal area - consisting of a children's playroom, a gym and a sauna available for an additional fee.

The building is also equipped with an underground parking garage, which allows vehicles with a maximum height of 2 meters to enter. The garage also permits vehicles equipped with LPG installations. The number of parking spaces in the garage is limited, and their availability is unfortunately unpredictable. The cost to rent a space in the garage is 5zł/hour, 40zł/day.
