Although modest in size, the apartment is 28 m2 and will meet the expectations of the most demanding guests. It is stylishly furnished, and the layout ensures everything is in its place. A comfortable bed 180 cm wide, directly opposite a large SMART TV. In this compact space there is room for a table, which will easily provide comfort during a morning breakfast or any other meal. Meal preparation is possible in the fully equipped kitchenette, which contains everything needed for a multi-day stay. Additional space is provided by a balcony furnished with comfortable furniture.

The apartment Nadmotławie 67 is located on the 2nd floor of a modern apartment building put into use in December 2020. It is located right by the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. The area is only beginning its revitalisation, yet on the way to the Old Town you will constantly be accompanied by views of the river, the yacht marina and the Old Town tenement houses.

A great advantage of the apartment building, besides its location and pleasant appearance, is the building's shared area - consisting of a children's playroom, a gym and a sauna available for an additional fee.

The building is also equipped with an underground parking garage, which allows cars with a maximum height of 2 meters to enter. The garage also permits cars equipped with LPG systems. The number of spaces in the garage is limited, and their availability is unfortunately not guaranteed. The cost to rent a space in the garage is 5 PLN/hour, 40 PLN/day.
