The Downtown Apartments are the ideal combination of top hotel standards and the functionality of a private apartment. Pleasant, snow-white bedding and a set of two pillows for each Guest are standard. In addition, a mandatory toiletries set consisting of shampoo, a pleasantly scented shower gel, hair conditioner and body lotion is provided. Our Guests' stay is also made more pleasant by a welcome set consisting of a selection of teas, coffee and basic spices.

Nadmotławie 36 is a very good choice for an enjoyable weekend in Gdańsk for two people. Although small in size, the apartment is 28m2 and guarantees comfort. The layout ensures that everything is in its place. A comfortable bed 160 cm wide, directly in front of it a small sofa and a television. In this compact space there is room for a table with chairs, which easily provides comfort during a morning breakfast. Meal preparation is possible thanks to a fully equipped kitchenette, in which you will find everything needed for a multi-day stay. An additional space is provided by the balcony.

The Nadmotławie 36 apartment is located on the 1st floor of a modern apartment building put into use in December 2020. It is situated right next to the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is only a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. The area is only just beginning its revitalization, but nevertheless on the way to the Old Town you will constantly be accompanied by the view of the river, the yacht marina and the tenement houses of the Old Town.

A major advantage of the apartment building, besides its location and pleasant appearance, is the building's common area — consisting of a children's playroom, a gym and a sauna available for an additional fee.

The building is also equipped with an underground parking garage that allows the entry of cars with a maximum height of 2 meters. The garage also permits vehicles equipped with an LPG system. The number of spaces in the garage is limited, and their availability is unfortunately unpredictable. The cost to rent a space in the garage is 5 zł/hour, 40 zł/day.
