Nadmotławie 33 is an ideal choice for a very pleasant weekend in Gdańsk for two or a family with a child. Although the apartment is compact at 29.5 m2, it will meet the needs of the most demanding guests. It is comfortably furnished, and the layout ensures everything is in its place. A comfortable bed, in front of it a sofa bed and a SMART TV. In this small space there is room for a bar with stools that easily provides comfort for a morning breakfast. Meal preparation is possible in a fully equipped kitchenette that contains everything needed for a several-day stay. Additional space is provided by a balcony furnished with comfortable furniture.

The Nadmotławie 33 apartment is located on the 1st floor of a modern residential building completed in December 2020. It is situated right by the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The Old Town is only a few minutes’ walk away. Although the area is only beginning its revitalization, along the way to the Old Town you will constantly enjoy views of the river, the yacht marina and the Old Town townhouses.

A major advantage of the building, beyond its location and pleasant appearance, is the communal area — consisting of a children’s playroom, a gym and a sauna available for an additional fee.

The building is also equipped with an underground garage that accommodates cars with a maximum height of 2 metres. The garage also allows vehicles equipped with LPG installations. The number of spaces in the garage is limited, and their availability is unfortunately not guaranteed. The cost to rent a space in the garage is 5 PLN/hour, 40 PLN/day.
