Nadmotławie 20 is the perfect choice for a very pleasant stay in Gdańsk for up to 4 people. Our apartment will meet the requirements of the most demanding. The bedroom is equipped with a large double bed and a spacious chest of drawers. In the living room you will find a comfortable, fold-out sofa and a SMART TV. In addition, a fully equipped kitchenette and a table with chairs. The apartment, of course, also includes a bathroom with a bathtub and a washing machine.

Apartment Nadmotławie 20 is located on the ground floor of a modern apartment building put into use in December 2020. It is situated right next to the Motława River, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is only a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. The area is only beginning its revitalization, however on the way to the Old Town you will constantly be accompanied by the view of the river, the yacht marina and the Old Town's tenement houses.

A huge advantage of the apartment building, aside from the location and pleasant appearance, is the building's communal area — consisting of a children's playroom, a gym and a sauna available for an additional fee.

The building is also equipped with an underground parking garage that allows entry for vehicles with a maximum height of 2 meters. The garage also permits cars equipped with LPG systems. The number of spaces in the garage is limited, and their availability is unfortunately not guaranteed. The cost of renting a parking space in the garage is 5 PLN/hour, 40 PLN/day.​
