The apartment Nadmotławie 19 is located on the ground floor of a modern apartment building put into use in December 2020. It is situated right next to the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is only a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. Although the area is just beginning its revitalization, on the way to the Old Town you will still be accompanied by a view of the river, the yacht marina and the Old Town tenement houses.

A huge advantage of the apartment building, besides its location and pleasant appearance, is the building's shared area — consisting of a children's playroom, a gym and a sauna available for an additional fee.

The building is also equipped with an underground parking garage, that allows entry for cars with a maximum height of 2 meters. The garage also permits cars equipped with LPG systems. The number of spaces in the garage is limited, and their availability is unfortunately not guaranteed. The cost to rent a space in the garage is 5 zł/hour, 40 zł/day.
