In this compact space there is room for a table with comfortable chairs, which will easily provide comfort during a morning breakfast. Meal preparation is possible in a fully equipped kitchenette, where you will find everything needed for a stay of several days. A separate room is an impressive bathroom, equipped with a freestanding bathtub. The bathroom is glazed, however, thanks to easy-to-use curtains it can be made fully private. An additional area of the apartment is the balcony furnished with comfortable furniture. The balcony is an ideal place for morning coffee and an evening drink.

Apartment Nadmotławie 154 is located on the 5th floor of a modern apartment building opened in December 2020. It is situated right next to the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. The area around the apartment is only beginning its revitalization, but even so, on the way to the Old Town you will constantly enjoy a view of the river, the yacht marina and the Old Town's townhouses.

A great advantage of the apartment building, besides its location and pleasant appearance, is the building's common area - consisting of a playroom for children, a gym and a sauna available for an additional fee.

The building is also equipped with an underground parking garage, which allows vehicles with a maximum height of 2 meters to enter. The garage also permits entry for cars equipped with LPG installations. The number of spaces in the garage is limited, and their availability is unfortunately not guaranteed. The cost to rent a space in the garage is 5 PLN/hour, 40 PLN/day.
