The Downtown Apartments are the ideal combination of the highest hotel standard and the functionality of a private apartment. Nadmotławie 145 is the perfect choice for a very romantic and very comfortable stay in Gdańsk for two. Although compact, the apartment has 30 m² and will meet the requirements of the most demanding guests. It is stylishly furnished, and the layout ensures that everything is in its place. A comfortable, large bed. Directly opposite it a large SMART TV. In this small space there is room for a table that easily provides comfort for a morning breakfast or any other meal. Meal preparation is possible thanks to a fully equipped kitchenette containing everything needed for a multi-day stay. A separate room is the bathroom, equipped with a bathtub, which also allows for a quick morning shower. Additional space is provided by a balcony furnished with comfortable furniture. The balcony is an ideal spot for morning coffee and an evening drink. The view is unique all day long — the river combined with the buildings of the historic Gdańsk Shipyard.

The Nadmotławie 145 apartment is located on the 5th floor of a modern apartment building put into use in December 2020. It is situated right by the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The Old Town is just a few minutes away on foot. Although the area around the apartment is only beginning its revitalization, on the way to the Old Town you will constantly be accompanied by views of the river, the yacht marina and the historic tenement houses of the Old Town.

A great advantage of the apartment building, besides its location and pleasant appearance, is the building's common area — consisting of a children's playroom, a gym and a sauna available for an additional fee.

The building is also equipped with an underground garage that allows cars with a maximum height of 2 meters to enter. The garage also accepts cars equipped with LPG systems. The number of parking spaces in the garage is limited, and their availability is unfortunately not guaranteed.  The cost of renting a parking space in the garage is 5 PLN/hour, 40 PLN/day.
