The Downtown Apartments are an ideal combination of top hotel-class standards and the functionality of a private flat. Pleasant, snow-white bedding and a set of two pillows for each Guest are standard. In addition, a mandatory toiletry set consisting of shampoo, a pleasantly scented shower gel, hair conditioner and body lotion is provided. Our guests' stay is also enhanced by a welcome pack in the form of a package of teas, coffee and basic condiments.

Nadmotławie 124 is an apartment to which the saying that beauty lies in simplicity definitely applies. An ideal choice for a very pleasant weekend in Gdańsk for two or a family with a child. Although the apartment is compact — it measures 29 m² — it will meet the requirements of the most demanding guests. It is comfortably furnished, and the layout ensures everything is in its place. A comfortable double bed, opposite it a SMART TV and a sofa bed. In this small space there is room for a table with four chairs, which easily provides comfort for a morning breakfast or any other meal. Meal preparation is possible in a fully equipped kitchenette, where you will find everything needed for a multi-day stay. An additional area is a sizeable balcony, from which you can see the famous cranes of the Gdańsk Shipyard and the Motława River. The balcony is equipped with a comfortable sofa, which is an ideal place to watch the sunset. A warm blanket is guaranteed!

The Nadmotławie 124 apartment is located on the 4th floor of a modern apartment building put into use in December 2020. It is located right by the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The Old Town is only a few minutes' walk from the apartment. Although the neighbourhood is only beginning its revitalisation, on the way to the Old Town you will constantly be accompanied by views of the river, the yacht marina and the Old Town's tenement houses.

A great advantage of the apartment building, besides its location and pleasant appearance, is the communal area — consisting of a children's playroom, a gym and a sauna available for an additional fee.

The building is also equipped with an underground parking garage, which allows vehicles with a maximum height of 2 metres to enter. The garage also permits entry for cars equipped with an LPG system. The number of spaces in the garage is limited, and their availability is unfortunately not guaranteed. The cost to rent a space in the garage is 5 PLN/hour, 40 PLN/day.
