Nadmotławie 114 is the ideal choice for a very pleasant weekend in Gdańsk for two or a family with a child. However, it can accommodate up to 3 adults or a 2+2 family. Despite its small size — 28m2 — the apartment will meet the requirements of the most demanding guests. A feature that definitely distinguishes it is the outdoor space. Additional usable space includes a winter garden of 9m2 and a terrace one meter smaller. The first of these rooms is perfect for family breakfasts, lunches or dinners. The second is a play area for the little ones and an ideal place to sunbathe for the slightly older. The apartment is comfortably furnished, and the layout ensures everything is in its place. A comfortable double bed, opposite it a SMART TV and a sofa bed.

The Nadmotławie 114 apartment is located on the 4th floor of a modern apartment building put into use in December 2020. It is located right next to the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is only a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. Although the area is only beginning its revitalisation, on the way to the Old Town you will constantly be accompanied by views of the river, the yacht marina and the Old Town buildings.

A great advantage of the apartment building, besides its location and pleasant appearance, is the building's common area - consisting of a children's playroom, a gym and a sauna available for an additional fee.

The building is also equipped with an underground parking garage, which allows entry for cars with a maximum height of 2 meters. The garage also allows entry for cars equipped with LPG systems. The number of parking spaces in the garage is limited, and their availability is unfortunately not guaranteed. The cost to rent a space in the garage is 5 PLN/hour, 40 PLN/day.
