In this small space there is room for a table with chairs, which easily provides comfort during breakfast and any other meal. Meal preparation is possible in the fully equipped kitchenette, where you will find everything needed for a stay of several days. 

Apartment Nadmotławie 102 is located on the 3rd floor of a modern apartment building commissioned in December 2020. It is situated right next to the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is only a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. Although the area is only beginning its revitalization, on the way to the Old Town you will continuously enjoy views of the river, the yacht marina and the Old Town tenement houses.

A major advantage of the apartment building, besides its location and pleasant appearance, is the communal area of the building — including a children's playroom, a gym and a sauna available for an additional fee.

The building is also equipped with an underground garage, which allows entry for vehicles with a maximum height of 2 metres. The garage also permits vehicles equipped with an LPG installation. The number of spaces in the garage is limited, and their availability is unfortunately not guaranteed. The cost to rent a space in the garage is 5zł/hour, 40zł/day.
