The Nadmotławie 100 apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a modern apartment building put into use in December 2020. It is situated right next to the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. Although the area is only beginning its revitalization, on the way to the Old Town you will continuously be accompanied by views of the river, the yacht marina, and the Old Town tenement houses.

A huge advantage of the apartment building, besides its location and pleasant appearance, is the building's common area - consisting of a children's playroom, a gym and an additional paid sauna.

The building is also equipped with an underground parking garage that allows entry for cars with a maximum height of 2 meters. The garage also allows cars equipped with an LPG system to enter. The number of spaces in the garage is limited, and their availability is unfortunately not guaranteed. The cost of renting a space in the garage is 5zł/hour, 40zł/day.
