The apartment is located in a modern apartment building put into use in 2023. It is situated right next to the Motława River, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Shipyard. The panorama of Gdańsk can be admired from the Amber Sky observation wheel located nearby on the Ołowianka island. The apartment is only a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. On the way to the Old Town you will find a variety of restaurants, shops and service outlets. The property also features a pleasant, planted terrace.

A major advantage of the apartment building, in addition to its location and attractive appearance, is the common area of the building — consisting of a free gym and a sauna available for an additional fee.
