A History That Obligates
Willa Deco was built in 1921 by German industrialist Bern Bauer, on the site of the former estate of the Sierakowski family. Its form reflects the modernist–art déco style — one of the most beautiful examples of early 20th-century architecture in Sopot. It is precisely these elements – geometric lines, elegant simplicity, and subtle decoration – that make the villa still captivate history and design lovers today.
Today, it is not only a beautifully restored building but also an important element of local architectural identity – a bridge between what was and what is. With attention to detail, without losing its authentic character, it has undergone a transformation that combines classicism with modern comfort.
