ABOUT THE APARTMENT

A stylish apartment with an area of 61 m², designed for a maximum of 4 adults, furnished in an elegant, modern style. It impresses with its space, high standard of finish, and refined details. Bright interiors, natural wood, designer lighting, and carefully selected accessories create a unique atmosphere conducive to relaxation.

• Living room is a spacious relaxation area with two comfortable sofas, one of which is a sofa bed and can serve as an additional sleeping place. Opposite is a TV with cable channels and Smart TV function. The elegant character of the interior is emphasized by a decorative wall, subtle lighting, and comfortable furnishings.
• Kitchenette has been modernly built-in and equipped with all necessary appliances: oven, dishwasher, induction hob, refrigerator, coffee machine, and kettle. Stylish cabinetry, decorative tiles, and functional layout make meal preparation convenient and pleasant. The dining area is located right next to the kitchenette and offers a table with chairs - a perfect place for shared meals, morning coffee, or evening gatherings. For guests' convenience, a welcome set with coffee, tea, and basic spices is prepared.
• Bedroom is a cozy and elegant space with a comfortable double bed. Opposite the bed is a TV with cable channels and Smart TV. In the corner, there is a stylish vanity table, which can also serve as a work desk. An additional advantage is a wardrobe providing convenient storage space.
• Bathroom is finished in an impressive, modern style. Guests have at their disposal both a bathtub and a shower, allowing them to choose the form of relaxation to suit their needs. There is also a washing machine and a hairdryer, ensuring full comfort during the stay. Hotel towels and a basic set of toiletries are prepared for guests.

IMPORTANT AMENITIES

The building features an underground paid parking garage "Interparking Chmielna 110" (5 PLN per hour), with availability of spaces solely dependent on the parking operator.

Next door to the building, there is a swimming pool, sauna, SPA and massage zone, as well as a jacuzzi for 150 PLN/1.5 hours. Prior reservation is required, which along with payment should be made at the Prana SPA reception in the Radisson hotel.

LOCATION

The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a modern apartment building, which is part of the most important investment in Gdańsk in recent years. The location of the apartment is unique. Exiting the building means encountering pleasant views. The river, historic Old Town tenement houses, or the historic Żuraw crane. On the ground floor of the neighboring building, you will find trendy restaurants, a grocery store, and the popular evening meeting place, club SASSY.
