The Downtown Apartments are the perfect combination of top hotel quality and the functionality of your own home. Comfortable, snow-white bedding and a set of two pillows for each Guest are standard. Additionally, a mandatory set of toiletries consisting of shampoo, pleasantly scented gel, hair conditioner, and body lotion is provided. The stay is also enhanced by a welcome set including a selection of teas, coffee, and basic spices.
Nowa Motława SPA 21 is a wonderful apartment that will appeal to everyone. It is spacious, bright, well-equipped, and interestingly arranged. It stands out with its great location and even better river view. The apartment is designed for up to 5 people. We have prepared 3 separate rooms for their use. The main bedroom is equipped with a large and comfortable double bed. The second bedroom has a sofa bed. This room serves as a kind of extension of the living room. Although it can be completely closed off at night, during the day it is an ideal place to spend time with family or a group of friends. An additional sleeping place is provided by the sofa in the living room combined with a well-equipped kitchenette. Naturally, there is a bathroom in the apartment. Additional space includes a utility room with a washing machine and a balcony.
The apartment also comes with a parking space in the underground garage.
A few floors below the apartment is the SPA area, consisting of a swimming pool, sauna, and gym. Use of this area is subject to an additional fee and availability.
The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a modern apartment building completed a few years ago. The entire investment is located on the Granary Island, which is experiencing a true renaissance. Pleasant restaurants and cafes, modern and visually attractive apartment buildings, access to the river, and the proximity of the Old Town are its greatest assets.
