Rest will be ensured by a large, comfortable double bed. TV set is opposite it. In this space you can also find a capacious wardrobe. A fully equipped kitchenette, complete with a stove and a microwave, will provide everything needed to prepare a meal that can be eaten at the table.

Relaxing with a morning coffee or an evening drink is provided by a private balcony.

Apartament Nadmotłwie 85 is located on the 3rd floor of a modern apartment building commissioned in December 2020. It is located right next to the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. Although the area around the apartment is just beginning its revitalization period, nevertheless, on the way to the Old Town, you will be constantly accompanied by the view of the river, yacht marina or tenement houses of the Old Town. The great advantage of the apartment building, apart from the location and pleasant appearance, is the common area of the building - consisting of a children's playroom, gym and sauna. The use of the zone is included in the price of the apartment.

The building is also equipped with an underground garage hall, which allows the entry of cars with a maximum height of 2 meters. The garage hall also allows cars equipped with LPG installations to enter. The number of places in the garage hall is limited, and their availability, unfortunately, is independent. The cost of renting a place in the hall is PLN 5/hour, PLN 40/day.
