Nadmotławie 107 is the perfect choice for a romantic or just a very pleasant weekend in Gdańsk for two or up to 4 people. Despite its small size, the apartment has 29m2, it will meet the requirements of the most demanding. It is stylishly furnished, and the layout of the apartment makes everything in its place. The studio is equipped with two folded sofas, TV, table with chairs, which will easily provide comfort during the morning breakfast or any other meal. Its preparation is possible thanks to a fully equipped kitchenette, where you will find everything you need for a few-day stay. Of course, there was also a bathroom with a shower. Additional space is a balcony.

Apartament Nadmotłwie 107 is located on the 4th floor of a modern apartment building commissioned in December 2020. It is located right next to the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. Although the area around the apartment is just beginning its revitalization period, nevertheless, on the way to the Old Town, you will be constantly accompanied by the view of the river, yacht marina or tenement houses of the Old Town.

The great advantage of the apartment building, apart from the location and pleasant appearance, is the common area of the building - consisting of a children's playroom, gym and sauna. The use of the zone is included in the price of the apartment.

The building is also equipped with an underground garage hall, which allows the entry of cars with a maximum height of 2 meters. The garage hall also allows cars equipped with LPG installations to enter. The number of places in the garage hall is limited, and their availability, unfortunately, is independent. The cost of renting a place in the hall is PLN 5/hour, PLN 40/day

*the price of the stay includes a city tax of PLN 2.5 per person per night and a refundable deposit in the form of pre-authorization on a credit / debit card in the amount of PLN 500.
