The living room is connected with a well-equipped kitchenette. In the living room you will find a fold-out sofa, which is an additional place to sleep, a TV set and a table with chairs. Another room is a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine. An additional space in the apartment is a balcony with a fantastic view of the city and the sea. It will be pure pleasure to eat your morning coffee on it.

The apartment includes a parking space in the garage.

The apartment is located on the 13th floor of the modern Modern Tower apartment building. The building is located in the very well-connected center of Gdynia. Its immediate vicinity is the Gdynia Arena, a few hundred meters separates us from the Riviera Shopping Center, several minutes walk to Kościuszko Square, the Seaside Boulevard and the beach.
