Waterlane SPA F13 is a wonderfully pleasant apartment where everyone will find their own way to relax! Its greatest advantages are a comfortable living room with an adequately equipped kitchenette, a pleasant bedroom with a comfortable bed, a balcony with furniture and a bathroom with a sufficiently large shower. The apartment is designed for a maximum of 4 people, but the full comfort will be felt by a couple or a family with a child.

The apartment includes a parking space in the underground garage. The parking space is intended for cars with a maximum weight of 2 tons and dimensions up to 5 meters in length and 1.65 meters in height.

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of the Waterlane apartment building put into use a few years ago, the great advantage of which is the SPA zone consisting of a swimming pool, gym, sauna and jacuzzi. The use of the common area is included in the rental price. The building is situated in a very prestigious location, next to the historic Old Town, the Motława River and the yacht marina. On the ground floor of the building you will find various types of restaurants, a cafe and shops. All the most important attractions of Gdańsk are located in the immediate vicinity of the apartment.
