Aura III 19 is an apartment designed for a family or a group of friends. Both groups will enjoy a large, intimate balcony and a pleasant view of the river. 52m2 is suitable for the stay of up to 5 people, but the full comfort is felt by 4 people, who can use a separate bedroom and a shared living room. The bedrooms are equipped with comfortable double beds. In the living room connected with a well-equipped kitchenette you will find an additional place to sleep in the form of a fold-out sofa. The entire apartment is made in accordance with the current trends. It is pleasing to the eye and well made.

The apartment also includes a parking space in the underground garage. The parking space is on a mobile platform. The platform allows parking of cars of a limited size, i.e. 5 meters long and 1.65 meters high.
