Waterlane SPA E31 is a definitely unique apartment. It's not just about its size (up to 180 m2). The biggest distinguishing feature is the style, equipment and quality of finishing. Another great advantage is the view from the top, 5th floor, overlooking the Motława River and, in the background, the historic Old Town. The apartment, which is intended for a maximum of 7 people, consists of four bedrooms, two of them with dedicated bathrooms, a large living room connected to a very well-equipped kitchenette and dining area, and a toilet. Additional space is a large terrace.

A few floors below the apartment there is a SPA zone consisting of a swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi and gym, the use of which is included in the price of the apartment. Availability depends on the number of places available.

The apartment includes a parking space in the garage. The parking space is intended for a vehicle with a maximum weight of 2 tons and dimensions not exceeding 1.9 m in height.

Waterlane is one of the most popular apartment buildings in Gdańsk. It is located in a very prestigious location, right next to the historic Old Town. In the immediate vicinity of the apartment there are all the most important attractions of Gdańsk. On the ground floor of the building you will find a restaurant, a cafe and a grocery store.
