ABOUT THE APARTMENT

This impressively spacious 103 m² apartment has been designed for the comfortable stay of up to 6 adults, combining elegant interiors, a functional layout and unique details that make it feel like a true home with a touch of luxury from the first moment.

• Air-conditioned living room delights with space and an elegant design. It features a comfortable, spacious sofa. Opposite it is a TV with TV channels and Smart TV functionality, ensuring entertainment at any time of day. A stylish decorative fireplace adds a cozy character to the interior. In the sleeping area of the living room there is a double bed placed under the window, which is perfect for relaxing and mornings with natural light.

• From the living room there is direct access to the balkon equipped with garden furniture – an ideal spot for morning coffee or an evening rest with a beautiful view of the river.

• Kitchenette is fully equipped and prepared for longer stays – guests have at their disposal a oven, microwave and dishwasher, while a washing machine is located in a practical pantry next to the kitchen. For guests' convenience a welcome set with coffee, tea and basic condiments is prepared. Right next to the kitchenette there is a large dining table with chairs, which is ideal for shared meals and gatherings with a larger group.

• Main bedroom is an elegant and peaceful space created for full relaxation. It is equipped with a comfortable double bed and a TV with TV channels and Smart TV functionality. A large mirrored wardrobe provides ample storage space, and the bright, classic interior promotes relaxation after a day full of experiences.

• Second bedroom is a functional combination of sleeping, relaxation and work areas. It includes a double bed and a TV with TV channels and Smart TV. An added advantage is a dedicated workspace, making the room ideal for both couples and guests working remotely, offering comfort and privacy.

• The apartment has two separate bathrooms, which significantly increases the comfort of the stay – one of them is equipped with a bathtub, perfect for relaxing baths, while the other offers a modern shower, ideal for a quick refresh. The whole is completed by elegant finishes, classic furniture and a well-thought-out layout that ensures convenience even during a longer stay. Guests are provided with hotel towels and a basic set of toiletries, which includes shower gel, shampoo and soap.

IMPORTANT AMENITIES

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a modern apartment building situated right on the bank of the Motława River. The building offers access to the SPA area, which includes: a swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna and gym. Use of the facilities is subject to availability.

The apartment includes a parking space in the parking garage.
