Waterlane SPA A7 is a family, stylish apartment located in a very modern apartment building situated right next to the river. The apartment is designed for a maximum 10-person family or group of friends. The 105-square-meter apartment consists of three bedrooms, two bathrooms with a shower, bathtub, and washing machine, a living room connected with a fully equipped kitchenette and a billiard table. Additional space is provided by a large balcony with outdoor furniture.
The apartment includes a parking space in the garage hall. The parking space is intended for a vehicle with a maximum weight of 2 tons and dimensions not exceeding 5 meters in length and 1.8 meters in height.
Detailed instructions along with the number and exact dimensions of the parking space are available in the offer and check-in instructions sent on the day of arrival. Improper parking will result in the need to call service, which will incur an additional fee.
Each apartment guest has access to a SPA zone consisting of a swimming pool, gym, sauna, and jacuzzi. Availability depends on the number of spaces available.
