The apartment is located in a modern apartment building commissioned in 2023. It is located right next to the Motława River, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Shipyard. The panorama of Gdańsk can be admired from the Amber Sky observation deck located right next door, on Ołowianka Island. The apartment is a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. On the way to the Old Town, you will find various restaurants, shops and service outlets. A pleasant, green terrace has been created on the premises. A huge advantage of the apartment building, apart from its location and pleasant appearance, is the common area of ​​the building - consisting of a free gym, children's playroom and sauna.
