Additional space is provided by a balcony furnished with comfortable furniture.

The apartment Nadmotławie C33 is located on the 3rd floor of a modern apartment building commissioned in December 2020. It is situated right by the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. Although the area is only beginning its revitalization, on the way to the Old Town you will constantly be accompanied by a view of the river, the yacht marina and the Old Town townhouses.

A huge advantage of the apartment building, besides its location and pleasant appearance, is the building's communal area - consisting of a children's playroom, a gym and an additional paid sauna.

The building is also equipped with an underground parking garage, which allows cars with a maximum height of 2 meters to enter. The garage also allows cars equipped with an LPG system. The number of spaces in the garage is limited, and their availability is unfortunately not guaranteed. The cost to rent a space in the garage is 5 PLN/hour, 40 PLN/day.
