The Downtown Apartments are the perfect combination of top hotel class and the functionality of a private apartment. Pleasant, snow-white bedding and a set of two pillows for each Guest are standard. Additionally, a mandatory cosmetics set consisting of shampoo, a pleasantly scented gel, hair conditioner, and body lotion is provided. Guests also enjoy a welcome set including a selection of teas, coffee, and basic spices.

Letnicka 33 is an ideal choice for a very pleasant weekend in Gdańsk for a maximum 4-person family or group of friends. Our apartment meets the demands of the most discerning guests. It is comfortably furnished, and the layout ensures everything is in its place. The bedroom is equipped with a comfortable double bed. The living room is combined with a kitchenette, equipped with a sleeper sofa and a large TV. There is also a bathroom with a comfortable shower. Additional space is provided by the balcony.

Guests have at their disposal a parking space in the garage hall along with a large storage room—right behind the parking spot—which can easily accommodate 4 bicycles.

There is also a public viewing terrace available to guests located on the building's roof.

The apartment is in a quiet and peaceful area. A 10-minute walk to the beach, and another 10 minutes to tourist attractions near the beach such as restaurants, bars, and beach bars. The windows overlook Westerplatte, a location that begs to be visited. Thanks to the proximity to the southern bypass entrance and the route along the coastal strip, it is easy to reach all the attractions of the Tricity area. In Brzeziński Park, about 7 minutes from the apartment, a bicycle route runs along the entire coast. This allows visiting places such as the , and many others. For guests arriving with pets, important information is that there is a dog beach located 15 minutes from the property. There is a playground for children on the estate grounds.
