Nadmotławie Estate 111 is the perfect choice for a very romantic and at the same time extremely comfortable stay in Gdańsk for two. Apartment number 154 is a top-class hotel room. It is stylishly furnished and fully air-conditioned. Ceilings over 3 meters high provide additional comfort. The layout of the apartment means that everything is in its place.

A comfortable, large bed, opposite it a suitably sized TV with SMART function. In this small space, there is room for a table with comfortable armchairs, which will easily provide comfort during a morning breakfast. Preparing a meal is possible thanks to a fully equipped kitchenette, where you will find everything you need for a stay of several days. A separate room is an impressive bathroom, equipped with a free-standing bathtub. The bathroom is glazed, but thanks to the easy-to-use curtains it can be completely intimate. An additional space in the apartment is a balcony equipped with comfortable furniture. The balcony is an ideal place for morning coffee and an evening drink.

The Nadmotławie Estate 111 apartment is located on the 5th floor of a modern apartment building commissioned in December 2020. It is located right next to the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. Although the area around the apartment is only just beginning its revitalization period, on the way to the Old Town we will constantly be accompanied by the view of the river, the marina and the tenement houses of the Old Town. A huge advantage of the apartment building, apart from its location and pleasant appearance, is the common area of ​​the building - consisting of a children's playroom, gym and sauna. Using the area is included in the price of the apartment.

The building is also equipped with an underground garage hall, which allows entry of cars with a maximum height of 2 meters. The garage hall also allows entry of cars equipped with LPG installation. The number of spaces in the garage hall is limited, and their availability is unfortunately independent. The cost of renting a space in the hall is PLN 5/hour, PLN 40/day.
