ABOUT THE APARTMENT
The design is dominated by floral motifs and accents of wild nature – on the walls you can see silhouettes of animals, such as the protruding necks of white giraffes, as well as backgrounds resembling a tropical jungle. The space is further divided by light, openwork screens with golden details, providing privacy without losing style.
Granaria B309 Pink is a unique studio with an unparalleled, fairy-tale atmosphere, perfect for a romantic stay. The space has been designed thoughtfully and with attention to every detail, combining elements of glamour, exoticism, and contemporary luxury. The apartment is created for special moments just for two.
IMPORTANT AMENITIES
There is an underground paid parking hall "Interparking Chmielna 110" in the building (5 PLN per hour), with spot availability depending solely on the parking operator.
Next door to the building, there is a swimming pool, sauna, SPA area and massage and jacuzzi paid 150 PLN/1.5h. Prior reservation with payment must be made at the reception desk at the Prana SPA at the Radisson hotel.
LOCATION
The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a modern apartment building completed in 2024, which is part of the most important investment in Gdańsk in recent years. The apartment's location is unique. Stepping out of the building, you will encounter pleasant views: the river, historic Old Town tenement houses and the historic crane Żuraw. On the ground floor of the neighboring building, you will find trendy restaurants, a grocery store, and the popular evening meeting spot SASSY club.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
The apartment contains games intended only for adults. Additionally, the freestanding bathtub is not separated by a wall or a separate room and is the only bathing place.
Due to nearby renovation works, noise disturbances may occur. We apologize for the inconvenience.
