Aura III 19 is an apartment intended for a family or a group of friends. Both groups will enjoy their stay thanks to a large, intimate balcony and a pleasant view directly onto the river. 52 m2 is suitable for 4 people, who can use separate bedrooms and a shared living room. The bedrooms are equipped with comfortable double beds. In the living room connected to the well-equipped kitchenette, you will also find a comfortable sofa. The entire apartment is made in accordance with current trends. It is pleasing to the eye and well made.

The apartment also includes a parking space in the underground garage. The parking space is on a moving platform. The platform allows parking of cars of limited size, i.e. 5 meters in length and 1.65 meters in height.

The apartment is located on Granary Island, which is experiencing a real revival. Nice restaurants and cafes, modern, eye-catching apartment buildings, access to the river and proximity to the Old Town are its biggest advantages.
