The cozy balcony is an ideal place to enjoy your morning coffee or evening drink.

On the roof of the building there is a viewing terrace with panoramic views of the Gdańsk Shipyard and the modern center of Gdańsk.

The apartment's neighborhood offers many interesting attractions. Right next door is the Gdańsk Shipyard and the European Solidarity Centre museum. Numerous restaurants are located in the 100cznia area, where you can relax on a deck chair. Nearby, in a post-shipyard building, the Foodhall Montownia was established. Here you will discover flavors previously less accessible in the Tri-City: Korea, Vietnam, Thailand, and Japan, as well as classic cuisines: Italian and American. Authentic elements found inside have been incorporated into the new interior. Entertainment is provided by Electricians Street, which is nearby. In just a 15-minute walk, you can reach the Old Town and the most popular Długa Street, from which you can explore the best attractions of Gdańsk.
