At Downtown Apartments, we perfectly understand what it means to combine high class with comfort of stay. A perfect example of this is our new apartment Granaria B611, located on the historic Spichrzów Island – right in the heart of Gdańsk.

ABOUT THE APARTMENT

The apartment is decorated in a modern, minimalist style with subtle industrial accents, dominated by light colors, natural wood, and simple forms. Dark metal details add character, creating an aesthetic and functional space designed for a maximum of 6 people.

• Living room with a sofa bed, which serves as an additional sleeping space for two people, is the perfect place to relax. From the living room, you can step out onto the balkon with a view of the inner courtyard – an excellent spot for your morning coffee.

• Fully equipped kitchenette with an oven, microwave, and dishwasher invites culinary experiments, and the comfortable dining table encourages shared meals. Guests are welcomed with a welcome set including coffee, tea, and spices.

• The first bedroom offers a spacious double bed, a wardrobe for clothes, and a desk, which is ideal as a workspace. The window overlooks the courtyard providing natural light, and curtains allow for complete darkening of the interior.

• The second bedroom is also equipped with a comfortable double bed, creating a perfect space for rest.

• A modern bathroom with a spacious shower and rain showerhead is additionally equipped with a washing machine, which is especially useful for longer stays. Guests have at their disposal a set of fresh towels and a cosmetics set – gentle shampoo and aromatic shower gel.​

IMPORTANT FACILITIES

There is an underground paid parking hall "Interparking Chmielna 110" in the building (5 PLN per hour), with availability depending solely on the parking operator.

​Next door to the building there is a swimming pool, sauna, SPA zone and massage and jacuzzi paid 150 PLN / 1.5 h. Prior reservation is required, which along with the payment must be made at the reception desk Prana SPA in the Radisson Hotel.

LOCATION

The apartment is located on the 6th floor of the prestigious Granaria apartment building – a development that perfectly combines modern architecture with the historic character of Gdańsk. The immediate vicinity of the Motława River, historic townhouses, and the famous Crane creates a unique atmosphere. On the ground floor of the neighboring building, there are trendy restaurants, a grocery store, and the iconic SASSY club – an ideal place for evening gatherings.
