The Downtown Apartments are the perfect combination of top hotel class and the functionality of your own apartment. Pleasant, snow-white bedding and a set of two pillows for each guest for the bedroom bed are standard. Additionally, a mandatory cosmetic set consisting of shampoo, a pleasantly scented gel, hair conditioner, and body lotion is provided. Our guests are also welcomed with a welcome set in the form of tea, coffee, and basic spices.

Nowa Motława SPA 34 is a unique place to stay for a group of friends or a family with children. It accommodates 8 adults.

The air-conditioned living room features two fold-out sofas and a large TV, while a fully equipped kitchenette allows you to prepare any meal. The apartment includes two separate bedrooms. Each has a large comfortable double bed and a spacious wardrobe. Two bathrooms provide a comfortable solution and include a shower or bathtub.

The apartment includes a parking space.

The building has a SPA zone consisting of a pool, sauna, and gym. Use of this facility is additionally charged and subject to availability.

The apartment is located in a modern apartment building completed a few years ago. The entire development is situated on the Wyspa Spichrzów (Granary Island), which is experiencing a true revival. Pleasant restaurants and cafes, modern, visually attractive apartment buildings, access to the river, and proximity to the Old Town are its greatest advantages.
