At Downtown Apartments, we know perfectly well what it means to combine the best location with homely comfort. A perfect example of this is our apartment Granaria A32, located on the historic Granary Island – in the very heart of Gdańsk.
ABOUT THE APARTMENT
The apartment with an area of 44 m² offers a comfortable space where up to 4 people can relax comfortably. It is an excellent option for families or small groups who value freedom and well-organized interiors during their stay in Gdańsk.
The spacious living room invites relaxation thanks to a large fold-out sofa that can serve as an additional sleeping place. Opposite is a television, creating a perfect spot for an evening rest with a favorite movie or series.
From the living room, there is an exit to a private balcony with comfortable chairs and a table. It is a perfect space for morning coffee, a breath of fresh air, or evening relaxation.
The fully equipped kitchenette offers everything needed to prepare meals – oven, microwave, refrigerator, cooktop, dishwasher, kettle, and a coffee machine. The modern cabinetry and functional layout ensure comfortable cooking, and right next to it is a dining table with chairs, ideal for shared meals. For guests' convenience, a welcome set with coffee, tea, and basic spices is prepared.
The cozy bedroom is equipped with a comfortable double bed, and the television opposite allows ending the day with an evening film session. A large wardrobe offers plenty of storage space, and an additional work area is perfect for those combining their stay with professional duties.
The elegant bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, hairdryer, and a washing machine, ensuring full comfort during both short and longer stays. Hotel towels and a basic set of toiletries – shower gel, shampoo, and soap, are prepared for guests.
IMPORTANT FACILITIES
Guests have at their disposal a swimming pool, sauna, SPA and massage area, and jacuzzi charged 150 PLN/1.5 hours in the building next door. Prior reservation is required, which along with payment should be made at the reception of the Deo Plaza building.
LOCATION
The apartment is located on the 5th floor. The building is situated on the Granary Island in Gdańsk, right on the border of the Old Town. It is located just above the Motława River, in the immediate vicinity of Chmielna Street and Ołowianka Island. On the ground floor of the building, you can find a grocery store and a popular spot for evening meetings — the SASSY club. Right next door is the Salty Granary — a food hall featuring restaurants with viewing terraces and the E. Wedel café. The restaurants offer cuisines from around the world, and pubs and cafes are also available. Live music can often be heard here.
